I don’t often take the time to write complaints or commendations. However I would like anyone who is shopping for a car to know that my experience with West Coast Toyota has been exceptional. While Toyota is a large corporate company and they are in business to pump out cars to sell, WCT makes you and the experience feel like a small family owned business. They remember you and I feel like they work harder to make you feel like what matters to you matters to them. Sales, and service staff are friendly and honest. Hard to find I’m my view with a dealership. I tend to waist a lot of money trading in cars every 4 years. I have owned many different brands. The last two have been Toyota and I’m very please with them, even over “higher” end brands. I don’t think there is ever any garentee you will have the perfect car, something may go wrong. If I have had any issue with my vehicle to date with WC they have jumped to make it right. Additionally I did shop around to make sure I got the best price on sale and trade and both times I didn’t have to haggle, negotiate or stress about my purchase. WC offered me the best right up front and the exact number that was in my mind from my own research. I would absolutely use them again in future, I will continue to use their services dept. WCT has a high standard of service and I recommend visiting them if you are shopping for a car.
