Toyota Roadside Assistance
36 MONTHS
/UNLIMITED km COVERAGE
When is Toyota Roadside Assistance available? Toyota Roadside Assistance friendly staff will be ready and waiting to help you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Call Toll-Free 1-888-TOYOTA-8 for assistance within Canada & the United States.
Roadside Assistance services include:
Towing - To your preferred Toyota dealer within 50 km or closest dealer within 300 km, or, in the case of an accident, to your dealer or an Accident Reporting Centre (if required by your Municipality).
Toyota’s renowned reliability means your vehicle is unlikely to breakdown. But should the unexpected happen new Toyota owners can have peace of mind. Toyota Roadside Assistance will arrange for towing of your vehicle to the nearest Toyota dealership within 300km (or your preferred dealership within 50km).
Emergency Roadside Services
Battery Boost - or towing, if vehicle fails to start after boost. If you accidentally ran down your vehicle’s battery, say, by forgetting to turn the lights off, you won’t have to deal with the flat battery on your own. Toyota Roadside Assistance will be able to get you going again as soon as possible. Even if your Toyota doesn't start after a battery boost, they will tow your vehicle to where the problem can be fixed.
Lockout Service - when keys are locked in your car. It only takes a momentary lapse in concentration, and you’re locked outside your vehicle with the keys inside. The realization of what has happened doesn’t need to turn into panic. Rather than finding out how to unlock your vehicle, simply call Roadside Assistance for their lockout service.
Fuel Delivery - including up-to 5 litres of fuel. For battery electric vehicles or hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicles your vehicle will be towed to the nearest charging station or fueling station.
Tire Change Service - to install your spare when you have a flat tire. If you’ve suffered the inconvenience of a flat tire, one thing that can help make the experience a little less of an ordeal is not having to change the tire yourself. If you have a spare tire ready to go, a Toyota Roadside Assistance service provider will make the switch.
Winching - to extract your vehicle if it is immobilized in a ditch, mud, or snow. Whether you are stuck in snow, mud or a ditch, winching is available via Toyota approved service partners to get you back on the road. If your Toyota is unable to continue after winching, the towing benefits of the Roadside Assistance package apply.
Alternate Service Reimbursement
If, for some reason, you were unable to contact Toyota Roadside Assistance to obtain Towing or Emergency Roadside Service, you may be eligible for reimbursement for applicable expenses. A maximum of $250 applies for Towing and $100 for Emergency Roadside Service. Restrictions apply

Toyota New Vehicle Warranty
Every Toyota vehicle is supported by a 36-month/60,000 km limited warranty coverage. But it doesn't stop there. On top of our basic coverage, we offer:
Toyota Canada warrants each new vehicle, registered in Canada and operated in Canada or the mainland United States.
Your New Toyota Vehicle Warranty begins when the vehicle is registered in service, which may be prior to the date that you purchased it.
Warranty service may be obtained from any authorized Toyota dealer. Certain factors or conditions such as negligence, modification or accidents can nullify any of the warranties. See West Coast Toyota or your local Toyota dealer for details.
