Dear Linda:
I just wanted to bring to your attention the exemplary service provided by Janette Smart, in the Service Dept. at West Coast Toyota. We have dealt with her many times.
Apart from being unfailingly friendly and helpful, she has also gone the extra mile on several attentions. When our transmission gave out a few years back, she worked hard to help us through the heartbreak and hassles. A week ago, when our water pump blew, she took the initiative and had us check whether we might still be under warranty (it's a second hand RAV). As it happened, we were, although through a different dealer, so it didn't show on your records. This saved us a considerable amount of money.
