Just a note to say how impressed I am with the service I have received at West Coast Toyota.
When I brought the car in, I was having a problem with uneven/over heating and a squealing driver side window. Brad was able to figure out that the problems were related, took appropriate steps to check out that the problem had been resolved and even gave me a loaner car while the car was in the shop overnight. And he seems to have solved my problem!
I have always been treated with courtesy and as a valued customer at West Coast Toyota. Kudos to the service department for their high quality work and effective customer relations. Another reason that I tell everyone how satisfied I am with my Yaris and that I chose to buy a Toyota product.
